At BTRoomer, we prioritize clarity and transparency in our operations. As a PG (Paying Guest) management system, our role is to facilitate the rental process between tenants and property owners. Consequently, we do not have a refund or cancellation policy for the following reasons:

  • Direct Payments: All rent payments are made directly by tenants to property owners. BTRoomer acts solely as an intermediary and does not handle rent transactions.
  • Tenant-Initiated Payments: Rent payments are initiated by the tenants. Once a payment is made, it is final and non-refundable.
  • No Handling of Funds: Since we do not process or manage rent payments, there is no need for a refund or cancellation policy in this context.
