• Subscription to BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) does not guarantee the supply of tenants for a specific PG. The PG listing serves as an add-on feature to enhance the PG's reach, and the subscription fees apply to the service (Tech Only) or (Tech+PMS) availed by the PG Owner/Subscriber.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not liable for any tenant's behavior, whether referred by the app or sourced directly by the PG Owner/Operator.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not responsible for payments made/received in cash by our Sales/PMS team for onboarding or repairs.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not accountable for any physical damage to the PG/room caused by tenants or others.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not responsible for property vigilance/supervision.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) does not enforce lock-in periods for tenants or provide replacements for PG owners.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not responsible for delays or non-payment of rentals, utilities, or other expenses due from tenants to PG owners.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not responsible for delays or non-payment of security deposits or other charges imposed by PG owners on tenants.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not liable for any incorrect entries made by tenants/owners.
• Services and offerings displayed on the property listing but unavailable to tenants are not BTRoomer's (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) responsibility. The platform serves to showcase services and offerings listed by PG owners.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not responsible for the quality of food, amenities, and services committed by the landlord/PG owner.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) does not oversee tenant information or documents shared with the landlord.
• BTRoomer (BTRoomer SOLUTIONS LLP) is not obligated to maintain tenant accounting records post-subscription expiration. Owners are responsible for keeping backups of this information.
